<p>In her new role, Nichole will be responsible for increasing the awareness of the CalExotics brand and for leading the company’s marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives. Nichole has been with CalExotics for over seven years; she joined the team in 2011 as the Social Media Coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks before settling into her current role as the Director of Marketing.</p>

<p>Felder brings more than a decade of experience in adult retail to her new role. She played a key role in establishing a high-end sexy lingerie brick-and-mortar store in Philadelphia in 2005; and had since managed a sex-positive boutique that brings together sexual wellness with general self-care and entertainment. On a mission to spread her sex-positive skills at a national level, Tracy’s career path has led her to COTR, Inc., where she will now serve as a Brand Ambassador, focused on product training. </p>
<p>Working alongside company founder and CEO Alicia Sinclair, Tracy is proud to represent the female-led manufacturer of cutting-edge premium pleasure product brands. <p>Sex &#038; Mischief products aren’t the only “new” that Sportsheets is adding in 2018.  The company is delighted to announce the addition of industry-veteran and brand strategist Chaney Cox.  “Bringing on a superstar like Chaney has us very excited for 2018.  Chaney is very well-respected and loved in the industry and we are looking forward to learning from her,” boasted Kimberly Harding-Stewart, Sportsheets Sales Manager.  “Our whole team is delighted!  And we know our customers will be too.”</p>

<p>According to the company, Mort comes with an impressive resume, boasting degrees in both design and business that bring a unique background to the company. Recruited out of college, Mort worked for a Fortune 500 company for five years with specialties in business development, strategic planning, and succession planning and also comes with more than seven years of experience in the adult business, most recently having worked for a large manufacturer as its Director of Business Development. </p>
<p>“To say I am excited to join the team at ECN is an understatement,” said Mort. “I look forward to the next few months and getting to know the process, employees, vendors, and customers on a more personal level. It is an exciting time for ECN and I am truly honored to be a part of their future and growth.”</p>
<p>Mort will be based out of the Van Nuys, California office, and will travel between all three East Coast News facilities often to be with staff and customers.</p>

<p>According to a representative, Cox will handle customer accounts and be there to offer direct support to help Oxballs’ partners thrive with the wide array of Oxballs’ products. He will be traveling often to meet directly with retailers and distribution centers doing trainings and other support measures.</p>
<p>Cox was recruited from the public health sector of ID Lubricants and brings with him years of experience of high-end customer service and management. Additionally, his previous time working in upscale hotel management and customer service operations make him an ideal choice, the company reports.</p>
<p>“We are so excited to welcome Michael to the Oxballs’ sales force,” said Ryan Fraga, the director of sales and operations. “He brings a lot of amazing experience with him and his passion and heart for service make him an amazing advocate for our customers. I’m thrilled to have him on our team, our customers have quickly grown to love him.”</p>

She brings a strong focus on education to her work in sales and works closely with retail customers to create creative selling strategies and brand-building schematics, the company said.</p>
